THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE FOOD AND SHELTER TO ALLOW ANIMALS TO BE ADOPTED RATHER THAN DESTROYED.

THE ORGANIZATION MEETS ITS GOALS IN SEVERAL WAYS. FOREMOST, UNWANTED CATS AND DOGS ARE PROVIDED FREE SHELTER, FOOD AND MEDICAL CARE. ADDITIONALLY, APPROXIMATELY 304 DOGS AND CATS WERE PLACED INTO HOMES AFTER RECOVERY AND RE-ACCLAMATION WITH PEOPLE. CURRENTLY, APPROXIMATELY 243 DOGS AND CATS NOT ADOPTED ARE CARED FOR ON-SITE FOR THE DURATION OF THEIR LIVES. DURING THE YEAR, THE ORGANIZATION RECIEVED 283,000 IN DONATED VETERINARIAN AND OTHER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WHICH WERE ALSO INSTRUMENTAL IN CARING FOR THESE UNWANTED ANIMALS. FINALLY,THE CENTER PROVIDES EDUCATION TO THE PUBLIC ON RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERSHIP AND THE IMPORTANCE OF SPAYING AND NEUTERING THROUGH TOOLS SUCH AS ITS BI-MONTHLY NEWSLETTER AND SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES THAT POINTS OUT THESE ISSUES.
