ONE HOUSE WAS CONTINUED IN THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR, AND THE COSTS OF PLACING 1 FEMA COTTAGE IN BAPTIST TOWN AREA OF GREENWOOD WAS CONTINUED. ONE COTTAGE IS IN PROCESS OF BEING TRANSFERRED AFTER A VACANCY. THE MAJORITY OF THE LABOR FOR BUILDING THE HOUSES IS CONTRIBUTED BY THE LOCAL FULLER CENTER FOR HOUSING ORGANIZATION, ANY COOPERATING ORGANIZATIONS, AND THE FAMILY WHICH WILL TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THE HOUSE. CERTAIN COSTS ARE INCURRED TO STORE AND INSURE MATERIALS INVENTORIES UNTIL USED ON A HOUSE AND TO PROVIDE WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION COVERAGE ON VOLUNTEER LABOR, AND CONSTRUCTION LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE THAT IS NOT CHARGED TO HOMEOWNERS.
