HEALTHY START GRANT - HELP TO IMPROVE ACCESS TO QUALITY HEALTH CARE AND SERVICES FOR WOMEN, INFANTS, CHILDREN, AND FAMILIES THROUGH OUTREACH, CARE COORDINATION AND HEALTH EDUCATION IN AN EFFORT TO REDUCE THE INFANT MORTALITY RATE IN THE COUNTIES SERVED.
WIC PROGRAMS - PROVIDES NUTRITIONAL FOOD, EDUCATION AND MEDICAL SERVICES TO LOW-INCOME WOMEN, INFANTS AND CHILDREN.
