SNAP - ASPCI OFFERS RESIDENTS WHOSE INCOME IS 49,000 OR LESS, AND IS WILLING TO USE ONE OF THE 9 VETERNARY CLINICS IN ASPCI'S NETWORK, A CERTIFICATE TO HAVE THEIR PETS ALTERED AND GET THEM UP TO DATE ON VACCINATIONS. THESE CLINICS HAVE AGREEMENTS WITH ASPCI TO ACCEPT LESS THAN THEIR NORMAL FEES FOR THESE SERVICES. THE FEES CHARGED TO CLIENTS IS CONSIDERABLEY LESS THAN THE AMOUNT PAID TO THE VETERNARIANS, SO THE DEFICET IS FINANCED BY GENERAL CONTRIBUTIONS AND GRANTS. IN 2021, 1,167 CERTIFICATES WERE ISSUED.
