THE PURPOSE OF THE ENTREPRENEURS ORGANIZATION PROGRAMMING IS TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, OPPORTUNITIES, RESOURCES AND TRAINING TO ITS MEMBERS, AND TO ENGAGE LEADING ENTREPRENEURS TO LEARN AND GROW. THIS IS DONE THROUGH SHARING MUTUAL INTERESTS OF IMPROVING THE SKILLS OF THE MEMBERSHIP THROUGH ACCESS TO EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, HUMAN AND PHYSICAL RESOURCES IN SUPPORT OF THEIR GROWING ENTERPRISES AND PARTICIPATING WITH OTHERS THAT HAVE SIMILAR DRIVES, GOALS AND EXPERIENCES.
THE OBJECTIVE OF EO'S CATALYST PROGRAM IS TO PROVIDE SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS CLASSES, FORUMS, MENTORING AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES TO HELP GROW THEIR REVENUES OVER THE $1 MILLION MARK. TO BE A MEMBER, THE PERSON MUST BE THE FOUNDER, CO-FOUNDER OR CONTROLLING SHAREHOLDER OF A BUSINESS WITH AT LEAST $250,000 IN ANNUAL REVENUE. THIS PROGRAM IS PROVEN TO HELP BUSINESS OWNERS INCREASE SALES, EXPAND THEIR NETWORK OF MENTORS AND PEERS AND WORK ON THEIR BUSINESS IN WAYS THAT WILL HAVE A MAJOR IMPACT ON THEIR BUSINESS GOING FORWARD.
THE PURPOSE OF EO'S SECOND-IN-COMMAND PROGRAM IS TO PROVIDE THE TOOLS AND UNDERSTANDING TO TAKE THE NOISE AWAY FROM EO MEMBERS. THIS HIGH IMPACT PROGRAM DEVELOPS CHIEF OPERATING OFFICERS OR OTHER SENIOR LEADER DIRECT REPORTS TO HELP ENTREPRENEURS SPEND MORE TIME DOING WHAT THEY DO BEST, WHILE GIVING TOOLS TO GROW AS EXECUTIVES AND CREATE BETTER RESULTS IN THEIR BUSINESS. IT ALSO PROVIDES SICS WITH A HIGH PERFORMING PEER GROUP FOR EXPERIENCE SHARING AND PROBLEM SOLVING.
