PROJECTS ARE CONDUCTED THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF ALABAMA WHICH PROVIDE SERVICE TO TEACHERS AND EDUCATION SUPPORT STAFF IN ORDER TO PROVIDE A HIGHER QUALITY OF TEACHING AND SOUND PROGRAMS OF INSTRUCTION.
PROTECT THE CONSTITUTIONAL, STATUTORY, AND HUMAN RIGHTS OF EDUCATION EMPLOYEES AND STUDENTS AND TO PROMOTE THE PROFESSIONAL RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF TEACHERS IN ALABAMA.
IMPROVE THE WELFARE AND BENEFITS OF ALABAMA EDUCATION EMPLOYEES THROUGH THE ALABAMA LEGISLATURE AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC CONCERNING ISSUED RELATED TO ALABAMA TEACHERS.
