THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND BUSINESS UNDERWRITE THE RADIO BROADCASTING OF PROGRAMS. THIS HELPS THE STATIONS MEET THE FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS GUIDELINES OPERATING IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST OF THE COMMUNITY AND TO PROVIDE A PUBLIC SERVICE TO THE STATIONS LISTENERS.
WOMEN'S COMMUNITY RESOURCE OUTREACH FOR SURVIVORS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. PROVIDE HOUSING ASSISTANCE FOR SURVIVORS AND CHILDREN, REFERRALS AND ASSISTANCE WITH RESUME PREPARATION. STEPS OF COURAGE IS A FAITH-BASED SHELTER FOR FEMALE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE VICTIMS AND THEIR CHILDREN IN WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA. STEPS OF COURAGE PROVIDES ABUSED WOMEN AND THEIR CHILDREN WITH SHELTER, AND BASIC NEEDS.
