PROVIDES HEALTH CARE SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF ITS MISSION OF PROVIDING HEALTH CARE TO THE COMMUNITY REGARDLESS OF RACE, CREED, SEX, NATIONAL ORIGIN, HANDICAP, OR AGE. ONE SUCH SERVICE IS PROVISION OF HOME MEDICAL EQUIPMENT FOR PATIENTS, SOME OF WHOM MAY BE HOMEBOUND. THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED THROUGH BAPTIST HOME MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, A DIVISION OF BAPTIST MEMORIAL HEALTH SERVICES, INC.FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2021, BAPTIST HOME MEDICAL EQUIPMENT PROVIDED THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:- OXYGEN THERAPY PROVIDED TO 6,192 PATIENTS AT A COST OF $3,808,080.- CPAP PROVIDED TO 8,612 PATIENTS AT A COST OF $2,402,748.- WHEELCHAIRS PROVIDED TO 1,750 PATIENTS AT A COST OF $9,511.- HOSPITAL BEDS FOR HOME USE PROVIDED TO 2,014 PATIENTS AT A COST OF $868,034.BAPTIST MEMORIAL HEALTH SERVICES, INC.
