THE CLINIC ALSO AIMS TO ESTABLISH AND PROMOTE HEALTH EDUCATION PROGRAMS FOR THE PATIENTS AND PUBLIC. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED REGARDLESS OF THE ABILITY TO PAY.
