OUR MISSION IS TO SERVE JESUS CHRIST BY MOBILIZING BELIEVERS TO MEET THE PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL NEEDS OF THE WORLD'S POOR. WE DO THIS BY PLANNING AND CONDUCTING SHORT-TERM MISSION PROJECTS IN THE US AND ABROAD, WHILE ALSO PROVIDING FOR CHILDREN IN NEED THROUGH OUR HOLD SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM, WHICH GIVES ESSENTIAL SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN IN HAITI, JAMAICA, AND GUATEMALA.

ORGANIZING AND DIRECTING MISSION PROJECTS PRIMARILY FOR CHURCH GROUPS, ENABLING THEM TO SERVE COMMUNITIES THROUGH HANDS-ON OUTREACH AND SUPPORT. IN 2023, MISSION DISCOVERY'S SHORT-TERM MISSION TRIPS LED TO SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENTS, INCLUDING: - CONSTRUCTING 21 HOMES IN GUATEMALA AND ADDITIONAL HOMES IN MEXICO. - FACILITATING A POP-UP MEDICAL CLINIC IN GUATEMALA, PROVIDING CARE TO OVER 300 PATIENTS. - COORDINATING 1,053 VOLUNTEERS WHO CONTRIBUTED 1,120 VOLUNTEER HOURS ACROSS 140 WORKDAYS. - CONDUCTING HOME REPAIRS IN FLORIDA, PUERTO RICO, TENNESSEE, AND WEST VIRGINIA. - BUILDING WHEELCHAIR RAMPS IN TENNESSEE AND WEST VIRGINIA. - DISTRIBUTING 672 MEALS TO COMMUNITIES IN GUATEMALA.
