THE CRMA IS COMMITTED TO HIGH ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDS, SUSTAINABILITY AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY. A TOP PRIORITY FOR THE CRMA IS TO WORK WITH EDUCATION AT ALL LEVELS TO DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN A SKILLED WORKFORCE. THE CRMA PROVIDES ONGOING TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES IN HUMAN RESOURCES, ENVIRONMENT, ENERGY, TAXES, LEADERSHIP, AND OTHER PERTINENT DISCIPLINES TO SUPPORT ITS MEMBERSHIP. THE CRMA MEMBERSHIP GATHERS ONCE PER YEAR FOR OUR ANNUAL MEETING. THIS FUNCTION BRINGS ALL OF THE MEMBERS TOGETHER TO COMMUNICATE THE EFFORTS OF THE ORGANIZATION, PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY TO COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER, AND EDUCATION THROUGH A NATIONAL SPEAKER.
VARIOUS TRAINING SESSIONS THAT ARE CONDUCTED DURING THE YEAR SUPPORT THE MEMBERS BY PROVIDING EXPERT RESOURCES AT LOW COST. THESE SESSIONS ARE DESIGNED TO KEEP MEMBERS INFORMED OF CHANGING TRENDS AND TO KEEP THEM COMPETITIVE IN THE MARKETPLACE. TRAINING IS CONDUCTED IN HUMAN RESOURCES, ENERGY, ENVIRONMENT, SUSTAINABILITY, LEAN MANUFACTURING, SAFETY, ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP, BENEFITS, ACCOUNTING PRACTICES, AND LEGAL ISSUES.
