RISK MANAGEMENT, RULES ENFORCEMENT, NETWORK ADVOCACY AND DEVELOPMENT OF ELECTRONIC SOLUTIONS IS ALSO INCLUDED WITHIN THE PROGRAM SERVICES AS ADMINISTRATOR OF THE ACH NETWORK.
