ACH NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR: NACHA DEVELOPS AND ADMINISTERS THE PRIVATE SECTOR NACHA OPERATING RULES FOR ACH PAYMENTS, WHICH DEFINE THE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR MORE THAN 9,000 PARTICIPATING FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS. RISK MANAGEMENT, RULES ENFORCEMENT, NETWORK ADVOCACY AND DEVELOPMENT OF ELECTRONIC SOLUTIONS IS ALSO INCLUDED WITHIN THE PROGRAM SERVICES AS ADMINISTRATOR OF THE ACH NETWORK.
