TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND SUPPORT INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, HOUSING MANAGEMENT AND EDUCATION FOR UNDERGRADUATE MEMBERS AND ALUMNI OF THE GRAND CHAPTER OF PHI SIGMA KAPPA INC. TO FOSTER A COLLABORATIVE AND COOPERATIVE RELATIONSHIP, SOCIAL ACTIVITIES SHALL BE SPONSORED AND ENCOURAGED FOR MEMBERS TO FURTHER ITS EXEMPT PURPOSEES. PHI SIGMA KAPPA PROPERTIES WILL OFFER OPPORTUNITIES FOR HOUSING IMPROVEMENTS AND MANAGEMENT EDUCATION TO MEMBERS OF PHI SIGMA KAPPA, PRIMARILY FOR UNDERGRADUATE MEMBERSHIP AT CHAPTERS IN GOOD STANDING AS DETERMINED BY THE GRAND COUNCIL OF PHI SIGMA KAPPA. SUCH ACTIVITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, TRAINING ON SITE, BY PHONE, OR OTHER ELECTRONIC MEANS FOR THE STATED AND PERMISSABLE PURPOSES OF A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE MAY BE MADE BY OFFERING LOANS FOR CONSTRUCTION, IMPROVEMENT, OR OTHER FINANCIAL NEEDS AS IDENTIFIED AND APPROVED BY LOAN OR GIFT CONSISTENT WITH ITS EXEMPT PURPOSE.
