ITS EMPHASIS ON COMPREHENSIVE AREA PLANNING, CREATIVE BRANDING INITIATIVES, AND HANDS-IN-THE-DIRT PROGRAM FACILITATION SERVE AS A TYPE OF CONNECTIVE TISSUES BETWEEN CITY AND CITIZEN. WE LOOK TO CATALYZE SUSTAINABLE, VIBRANT, AND LASTING COMMUNITIES IN THE PLACES, AND FOR THE PEOPLE, THAT NEED IT MOST.

PLACEMAKING: IN CONJUNCTION WITH ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER, BEGAN MASTER PLANNING A CATALYTIC, 100 ACRE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT IN SALT LAKE CITY'S UNDER RESOURCED WEST-SIDE.
SPACE-MAKING: BEGAN WORK ON DEVELOPING 66 UNITS OF PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING IN TOOELE, UTAH AS WELL AS AN ADJACENT COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTER, DAYCARE, SOUP KITCHEN AND SHELTER. FINISHED WORK ON TWO SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROJECTS IN SALT LAKE CITY.
ADVOCACY: CONTINUED SUPPORTING THE PRAGMATISTS FOR CLEAN AIR INITIATIVE AND ENGAGED FEASIBLITY STUDIES ON A NEW EQUITY SHARING EFFORT THAT WILL GIVE LOW/MODERATE INCOME FAMILIES SHARED OWNERSHIP OF THE PLACES THEY RESIDE IN.
