THE SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE AND PURPOSE OF THIS CORPORATION IS THE PRESERVATION OF THE HISTORY OF THE AMERICAN WEST AND WESTERN HERITAGE, THROUGH SPONSORSHIP OF RODEOS, YOUTH AND EQUESTRIAN ACTIVITIES.

DONATIONS RECEIVED FROM A COMMUNITY FOUNDATION. THE FUNDS WERE USED TO BUILD A COVERED ARENA THAT WILL BE USED TO HOST THE ANNUAL LIVESTOCK SHOWS FOR THE COUNTY FAIR AS WELL AS YEAR ROUND TRAINING SITE FOR RODEO PARTICIPANTS.
