SAGE-ING INTERNATIONAL PROVIDES INNOVATIVE COMMUNITY-BUILDING EDUCATION AND SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES, WEBINARS, ONSITE COURSES, AND CONFERENCES TO ENHANCE CONSCIOUS AGING AND CONNECTION.

LEADERSHIP TRAINING IMPACT DURING 2023, 7 SAGE-ING LEADERS CSLS WERE CERTIFIED AFTER A YEAR-LONG, HANDS-ON INTERNSHIP THAT INCLUDED ONE-ON-ONE MENTORING BY TRAINED MENTORS, 15 HOURS OF WORKSHOP FACILITATION IN THEIR LOCAL COMMUNITIES THAT WAS RECORDED FOR FEEDBACK AND COACHING BY THEIR ASSIGNED MENTOR. GROUP SUPERVISION WAS PROVIDED ON A MONTHLY BASIS AS WELL AS INDIVIDUALIZED COACHING WHEN NEEDED. AMONG THOSE CERTIFIED AS CLSS, 4 ARE FROM THE U.S., 2 FROM CANADA, AND 1 FROM THE UK. THESE 7 JOIN THE 300 OTHER CSLS IN SPREADING SAGE-ING THROUGH LOCAL AND ONLINE WISDOM CIRCLES AND FACILITATING COURSES AND WEBINARS ON SAGE-ING AND CONSCIOUS AGING TOPICS. BECAUSE OF THE PANDEMIC, THEIR WORKSHOPS WERE OFFERED PRIMARILY VIA THE ZOOM PLATFORM. ADDITIONAL TRAINING WS PROVIDED FOR THEM TO MEET THIS CHALLENGING NEW WAY OF FACILITATION.


EDUCATIONAL IMPACT AWAKING THE SAGE WITHIN 4 WORKSHOP SERIES, 67 PARTICIPANTS. DEEPENING THE SAGE WITHIN 2 WORKSHOP SERIES, 24 PARTICIPANTS. INNER WORK WEBINARS/ WORKSHOPS/ BOOK REVIEWS 45 VARYING NUMBER OF HOUR WORKSHOPS WITH 987 PARTICIPANTS. CONSCIOUS AGING WEBINARS/ WORKSHOPS/ PLAYS 26 WITH 1,369 PARTICIPANTS.
