SAGE-ING INTERNATIONAL IS THE PREMIER AND PREEMINENT INTERNATIONAL CONSCIOUS AGING EDUCATION NON-PROFIT. IT PROVIDES INNOVATIVE COMMUNITY-BUILDING, EDUCATION AND SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES, WEBINARS, ONSITE AND ONLINE COURESE, RETREATS, A BIENNIAL CONFERENCE AND LEADER CERTIFICATION PROGRAM.

LEADERSHIP TRAINING IMPACT: DURING 2021, 12 SAGE-ING LEADERS (CSLS) WERE CERTIFIED AFTER A YEAR-LONG, HANDS ON INTERNSHIP THAT INCLUDED ONE-ON-ONE MENTORING BY TRAINED MENTORS, 15 HOURS OF WORKSHOP FACILITATION IN THEIR LOCAL COMMUNITIES THAT WAS RECORDED FOR FEEDBACK AND COACHING BY THEIR ASSIGNED MENTOR. GROUP SUPERVISION WAS PROVIDED ON A MONTHLY BASIS AS WELL AS INDIVIDUALIZED COACHING, WHEN NEEDED. AMONG THOSE CERTIFIED AS CSLS, 9 WERE FROM THE US; 1 FROM CANADA; AND 1 FROM THE UK AND 1 FROM ISRAEL. THESE 12 JOIN THE 300+ OTHER CSLS IN SPREADING SAGE-ING THROUGH LOCAL AND ONLINE WISDOM CIRCLES AND FACILITATING COURSES AND WEBINARS ON SAGE-ING AND CONSCIOUS AGING TOPICS. BECAUSE OF THE PANDEMIC, THEIR WORKSHOPS WERE OFFERED PRIMARILY VIA THE ZOOM. ADDITIONAL TRAINING WAS PROVIDED FOR THEM TO MEET THIS CHALLENGE OF A NEW WAY OF FACILITATION.
EDUCATIONAL IMPACT: AWAKENING THE SAGE WITHIN: 4 WORKSHOP SERIES, 42 PARTICPANTS CONTINUING THE SAGE-ING JOURNEY: 1 WORKSHOP SERIES, 16 PARTICIPANTS INNER WORK WEBINARS/WORKSHOPS/BOOK REVIEWS: 32 VARING NUMBER OF HOURS WORKSHOPS WITH 1,256 PARTICIPANTS. CONSCIOUS AGING WEBINARS/WORKSHOPS/PLAYS: 8 WITH 657 PARTICIPANTS. HEART OF AGING WEBINAR, 57 PARTICIPANTS HEART OF AGING: 2 ONLINE WORKSHOP SERIES, 44 PARTICIPANTS
