THROUGH ROLE MODELING AND MENTORING PROGRAMS, IT ENGENDERS A STRONG DESIRE AND MOTIVATION TOWARD PURPOSEFUL, FOCUSED LIVING, FOSTERING SELF-RESPECT AND A SENSE OF ACCOMPLISHMENT. BY ENCOURAGING AND ENABLING EDUCATION, IT EQUIPS CLIENTS WITH SKILLS FOR EMPLOYMENT AND SELF-SUPPORT.
