TO CREATE A FUN AND DYNAMIC HANDS-ON LEARNING ENVIRONMENT THAT INSPIRES IMAGINATION AND CURIOSITY.
Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
THE EXPLORIUM PROVIDED PROGRAMMING ON-SITE TO OVER 20,000 CHILDREN AND ADULTS ACROSS KENTUCKY IN FY22. THIS INCLUDES MUSEUM ADMISSION THROUGH FAMILY VISITS, GROUP VISITS, CAMPS AND OTHER PROGRAMS. THE EXPLORIUM MADE AN IMPACT ON ANOTHER 2,500 CHILDREN THROUGH OFF-SITE PROGRAMMING. THIS INCLUDES FIELD TRIPS TO GO, TRAVELING TRUNKS, AND TAKE HOME ACTIVITY KITS. ALL PROGRAMMING PROVIDES CHILDREN WITH STEAM BASED LEARNING THROUGH PLAY.
