OPTIONS FOR INDIVIDUALS MADE IT A PRIORITY DURING THIS PROGRAM YEAR TO ASSIST PARTICIPANTS WHO WERE WANTING TO RE-ESTABLISH THEIR COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS WITH THE EASING OF COVID RESTRICTIONS. WE ACCOMPLISHED THIS BY COLLABORATING WITH COMMUNITY BUSINESS LEADERS TO OBTAIN GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT FOR THOSE OF OUR PARTICIPANTS WHO HAD A DESIRE TO WORK. WE ALSO CONDUCTING REAL-TIME TRAINING AND OPPORTUNITIES TO HELP OUR PARTICIPANTS LEARN HOW TO MOVE WITHIN THE COMMUNITY WHILE ADHERING TO COVID SAFETY PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS.
