ORGANIZATION FORMERLY OWNED AND OPERATED A 240 UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX FOR LOW INCOME ELDERLY AND HANDICAPPED. THE ORGANIZATION SOLD THE BUILDING AND CURRENTLY LEASES THE LAND UPON WHICH A 210 UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX CONTINUES TO OPERATE FOR LOW INCOME ELDERLY AND HANDICAPPED. THE SALE WAS COMPLETED IN ORDER TO REHAB THE PROPERTY AND UNITS. THE COMPLEX CONTINUES TO OFFER RENTAL UNITS TO LOW INCOME AND HANDICAPPED RESIDENTS. RENTS ARE SUBSIDIZED UNDER A SECTION 8 CONTRACT.
