THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO ACT AS THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGENT FOR THE MEMBERS OF THE CHICAGO POLICE DEPARTMENT BELOW THE RANK OF SERGEANT AND TO PROMOTE THE BROTHERHOOD AND FELLOWSHIP OF ALL OF THE ORGANIZATION'S MEMBERS.
