MEMBER, LEADERSHIP TRAINING: TO DEVELOP INVOLVED ROTARIANS, PROMOTE LEADERSHIP AND GOAL SETTING SKILLS, INSPIRE MEMBERS TO SUPPORT WORTHWHILE PROGRAMS AND SERVICE PROJECTS, AND SUPPORT THE EXPANSION OF ROTARY.
