THE SOCIETY RELIES ON 5 PRESERVATION INITIATIVES AND 10 EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS TO CONDUCT ITS WORK TO PRESERVE NAPLES HISTORY. THESE PROGRAMS REACH ALL AGE RANGES AS WELL AS THOSE WHO LIVE IN NAPLES AND VISITORS TO NAPLES. ACCOMPLISHMENTS INCLUDE: (1) TWO PROFESSIONALLY PRODUCED VIDEOS, ONE FOR HISTORIC REHABILITATION IN NAPLES AND ANTOHER THROUGH A PARTNERSHIP WITH THE COLLIER COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT; (2) THE PURCHASE OF AN HISTORIC PROPERTY ADJACENT TO HISTORIC PALM COTTAGE, AN ACTION THAT WILL PROTECT THE COTTAGE IN PERPETUITY BY ENSURING A CONTEMPORARY, NOT-TO-SCALE HOUSE ISN'T BUILT IN ITS PLACE.
