TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE ALABAMA THEATRE AND OTHER HISTORIC BUILDINGS (SUCH AS THE LYRIC THEATRE) THAT MAY BE IN DANGER OF NEGLECT OR DEMOLITION AND TO FIND A USE FOR THESE BUILDINGS THAT WILL ENRICH THE LIVES OF ALABAMA CITIZENS AND THEIR DECENDANTS.

THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES USE OF THE HISTORIC ALABAMA THEATRE AND LYRIC THEATRE FOR PLAYS, LIVE PERFORMANCES, CLASSIC MOVIES, DANCE RECITALS, WEDDINGS, GRADUATIONS AND PARTIES TO STUDENTS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC. THE ORGANIZATION IS ALSO CONTINUING TO RESTORE THE HISTORIC ALABAMA THEATRE AND THE LYRIC THEATRE, LOCATED IN BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA.
