THE MISSION OF THE NAPLES GARDEN CLUB IS TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR "CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O" SHARING AND LEARNING ABOUT HORTICULTURE, FLORAL DESIGN AND THE ENVIRONMENT IN A CONGENIAL, SUPPORTIVE ATMOSPHERE. TO DELIVER ON THIS MISSION THE CLUB PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND PROGRAMS THAT SUPPORTS COMMUNITY INITIATIVES.

THE MISSION OF THE NAPLES GARDEN CLUB IS TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR SHARING AND LEARNING ABOUT HORTICULTURE, FLORAL DESIGN AND THE ENVIRONMENT IN A CONGENIAL, SUPPORTIVE ATMOSPHERE. FOR OVER SIXTY FIVE YEARS NAPLES GARDEN CLUB HAS CONDUCTED A HOUSE AND GARDEN TOUR TO RAISE MONEY TO SUPPORT THE CLUB MISSION AND MAKE A MEASURABLE IMPACT ON THE GREATER NAPLES COMMUNITY. THIS ONE-DAY EVENT IS PLANNED A YEAR IN ADVANCE, SPONSORED BY LOCAL BUSINESSES AND STAFFED BY CLUB MEMBERS. ATENDEES VIEW STUNNING FLORAL DESIGNS DONE BY MEMBERS IN ALL THE HOMES AND CLUB VOLUNTEERS PROVIDE DETAILED INFORMAON ABOUT THE CLUB, GARDENS, AND EACH HOME. PLEASE REFER TO SCHEDULE G.
FOR OVER 70 YEARS OUR GRANTS PROGRAM HAS MADE AN IMMEASURABLE IMPACT ON THE GREATER NAPLES COMMUNITY DISTRIBUTING OVER $1.5 TO OVER 50 CIVIC AND NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS. THESE PARTNERSHIPS FROM ONE-TIME CIVIC IMPROVEMENTS TO LONG-STANDING COMMITMENTS ARE GREAT EXAMPLES OF WHAT CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED WHEN GROUPS WITH SIMILAR MISSIONS WORK TOGETHER TOWARD A COMMON GOAL PROVIDING INFORMATION, INSPIRATION, AND ENJOYMENT OF SURROUNDINGS TO PEOPLE OF ALL AGES.
THE NAPLES FLOWER SHOW BECAME A JOINT VENTURE WITH THE NAPLES BOTANICAL GARDEN IN 2004. IT HAS RECEIVED STATE AND NATIONAL RECOGNITION AND IS THE LARGEST JURIED FLOWER SHOW IN SOUTHWEST FLORIDA. FOR OVER 65 YEARS IT HAS BEEN A SPRING-TIME TRADITION AND PART OF OUR COMMITMENT TO FOSTER APPRECIATION OF HORTICULTURE, DESIGN, AND THE ENVIRONMENT. THE EVENT STRENGTHENS OUR COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS TO PEOPLE OF ALL AGES, ENCOURAGES NEW ENDEAVORS, PROMOTES NEW DISCOVERIES AND LEARNING EXPERIENCES.
