COMMUNITY BLOOD SCREENING PROVIDES FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS WITH OPPORTUNITIES TO RECEIVE LOW-COST BLOOD SCREENING SERVICES AS WELL AS RECEIVE HEALTH AND WELLNESS INFORMATION FROM AREA PROVIDERS. THESE SERVICES ENCOURAGE COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO MAKE HEALTHY LIFESTYLE CHOICES. TO SUPPORT THE YOUTH OF THE COMMUNITY SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AWARDED THROUGH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE. MONETARY SUPPORT IS PROVIDED FOR THE YOUTH LEADER PROGRAM AND THE HIGH SCHOOL INTERACT CLUB. SUPPORT FOR OTHER VARIOUS COMMUNITY PROJECTS ARE ALSO INCLUDED SUCH AS DICTIONARIES TO 5TH GRADERS AND BEAUTIFICATION PROJECTS.
