THIS PURPOSE IS ADVANCED THROUGH SPONSORING EVENTS AND CONTESTS, SUPPORTING WRITERS GROUPS, DISSEMINATING INFORMATION AND IDEAS VIA A BLOG, MAGAZINE, AND ENEWS, PROVIDING NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES, AND OTHER ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE SCOPE OF FLORIDA AND FEDERAL LAW.
