EFFECTIVE REPRESENTATION WITHIN EXECUTIVE, LEGISLATIVE AND REGULATORY BODIES, FIRST AT THE STATE LEVEL OF GOVERNMENT AND BEING OF ASSISTANCE AT THE LOCAL AND FEDERAL LEVELS WHEN ISSUES ARISE OF STATE OR NATIONAL IMPORTANCE.
