IS TO PROVIDE THE FRAMEWORK AND ORGANIZATIONAL TOOLS NECESSARY TO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL PEOPLE OF NORTH FLORIDA, SOUTH GEORGIA, AND ATTENDEES FROM OTHER AREAS TO LEARN ABOUT SCOTTISH HERITAGE AND ITS RESPECTIVE CONTRIBUTION TO AMERICAN CULTURE AND TRADITION.
