WE PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR LOW INCOME FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS IN SOUTH LAKE COUNTY. IN 2023 WE SERVED 1,854,988 POUNDS OF FOOD TO 88,379 INDIVIDUALS, INCLUDING 30,591 CHILDREN. WE ALSO HAVE CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES. THE CASE MANAGER PROVIDED SERVICES TO 759 CLIENTS OVER THE PAST YEAR.
SCHOOL BREAK MEALS-SUMMMER FEEDING, CHRISTMAS, THANKSGIVING, AND SPRING BREAK. EACH TIME STUDENTS HAD ONE WEEK OR MORE OFF FROM SCHOOL FOOD WOULD BE DISTRIBUTED IN ORDER TO PROVIDE BREAKFAST AND LUNCH FOR THOSE WHO MISSED MEALS.
