ECHO IS PASSIONATE ABOUT PROVIDING FOOD FOR THE HUNGRY AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE HUNGRY TO PROVIDE FOR THEMSELVES. IMMEDIATE NEEDS ARE MET THROUGH THE ABUNDANT PROVISION OF FOOD AND CLOTHING, WHILE LONG TERM NEEDS AND GOALS ARE MET THROUGH INNOVATIVE WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS. ECHO STAFFS TWO OUTREACH CENTERS AND A THRIFT BOUTIQUE.

EMERGENCY PROVISIONS: EACH NEIGHBOR IS ENCOURAGED TO SHOP FOR 7 DAYS WORTH OF FRESH FOOD AND CLOTHING. ALSO AVAILABLE: BRAND NEW SOCKS, UNDERWEAR, DIAPERS, AND TOILETRIES. VICTIMS OF FIRE OR HOMELESSNESS ARE ENCOURAGED TO TAKE RESET ITEMS; SUCH AS, LINENS, KITCHEN ITEMS, AND TOILETRIES.
BACK TO WORK: NEIGHBORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE IN ONE ON ONE JOB COACHING, RESUME EDITS, MOCK INTERVIEWS, IN HOUSE INTERNSHIPS, PARTNER BUSINESS INTERNSHIPS, AND A VARIETY OF SKILL ACQUISITION WORKSHOPS.
ADVOCACY: ECHO EMPLOYS THREE FULL TIME ADVOCATES. A CROSS BETWEEN A LIFE COACH AND A SOCIAL WORKER, ADVOCATES CONNECT NEIGHBORS TO SHELTER, AFFORDABLE HOUSING, CHILDCARE, RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, FINANCIAL SUPPORTS, AND COMMUNITY SUPPORT.
