PROVIDE PERMANENT HOUSING WITH SUPPORT SERVICES TO VERY LOW TO MODERATE INCOME AND HOMELESS PERSONS IN BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA. HUD HOUSING PROGRAMS: THESE PROGRAMS SUPPORTS THE PROVISION OF 26 OWNED AND 23 LEASED PROPERTIES FOR HOMELESS TENANTS. DISABLED CLIENTS CAN REMAIN AS LONG AS THEY CANNOT AFFORD TO FIND ALTERNATIVE HOUSING. AVERAGE NUMBER OF TOTAL CLIENTS SERVED IS 150. GRANT PER DIEM VA PROGRAM: THE PROGRAM SUPPORTS THE PROVISION OF HOUSING FOR UP TO 31 VETERANS FOR A PERIOD OF TWO YEARS.
