SUPPORTING DISTRICT RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION EFFORTS OF DIVERSE MALE TEACHERS THROUGH THE 1000 BY 2025 INITIATIVE. CELEBRATING SCHOOL-LEVEL TEACHERS OF THE YEAR AT THE ANNUAL EDDY AWARDS.
