NE SERTOMA WAS ESTABLISHED 35 YEARS AGO. THE FOCUS IS THE UNDER SERVED NEEDS OF LOCAL NEEDY CHILDREN, PRIMARILY WITH HEARING DISABILITIES. OUR MISSION STATEMENT IS SERVICE TO MANKIND.

DRAGONBOAT FESTIVAL - ANNUAL FUNDRAISER WHICH TAKES PLACE IN BAYOU TEXAR, PENSACOLA, FL. THE EVENT INCLUDES A ROWING COMPETITION BETWEEN LOCAL BUSINESSES AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS. EACH TEAM PAYS AN ENTRY FEE AND CONSISTS OF AT LEAST 10 MEN AND 10 WOMEN. TEAMS CAN RAISE ADDITIONAL FUNDS TO DONATE TO THE CLUB. DUE TO COVID-19, THE CLUB WAS NOT ABLE TO HOLD THE FUNDRAISER IN THE FALL OF 2020. THE REVENUE RAISED WAS SUBSEQUENTLY DONATED TO CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS THE FOLLOWING FISCAL YEAR.
HOGFEST EVENT - REVERSE RAFFLE FOR A HARLEY DAVIDSON MOTORCYCLE. FUNDRAISER INCLUDES AN EVENING OF LIVE MUSIC, FREE BEVERAGES AND FOOD FROM LOCAL RESTAURANTS, AND LIVE AND SILENT AUCTIONS.
