THE AREAWIDE HOUSING FOR THE ELDERLY IS A NON-PROFIT 501(C) (3) ORGANIZATION ADMINISTERING A LOW INOME HUD 202 HOUSING FACILITY. THIS LOCATION PROVIDES A HOME FOR QUALIFYING SENIORS AND HANDICAPPED YOUNGER ADULTS THAT IS SUBSIDIZED BY HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) IN WASHINGTON, FL. THIS PROJECT IS NOT A FUNDRAISING PROGRAM. IT REPRESENTS AN EFFORT BY AREAWIDE HOUSING TO MEET THE SOCIAL, ECONOMIC AND EMOTIONAL NEEDS OF OLDER AMERICANS AND HANDICAPPED YOUNGER PERSONS TO LIVE IN A SAFE AND SECURE ENVIRONMENT.
