HUMANE SOCIETY OF CITRUS COUNTY RESCUES REHABILITATES AND REHOMES DOGS CATS HORSES AND VARIOUS OTHER CRITTERS. WE ALSO MAINTAIN FACILITIES FOR OUR RESCUES AND FOR THOSE WHO ARE UNADOPTABLE. ALL DOGS AND CATS AND SOME OTHER CRITTERS ARE SPAY NEUTERED ARE MEDICALLY APPROVED FOR ADOPTION AND HAVE BEEN SOCIALIZED. THEY ARE ADOPTED ONLY TO HOMES THAT HAVE BEEN SCRUTINIZED FOR APPROPRIATENESS. IN FURTHERANCE OF OUR MISSION WE ALLOW "FRIENDS OF CITRUS COUNTY ANIMAL SERVICES" TO BOARD THEIR RESCUES AT OUR FACILITY.
