SENIOR HOUSING: THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES 80 APARTMENTS TO SENIOR ADULTS AT A DISCOUNT FROM THE FAIR MARKET RENT. THIS DISCOUNT IS BASED UPON INCOME LEVEL OF THE RESIDENT. THE RENT SUBSIDY PROGRAM IS ADMINISTERED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FEDERAL DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
