ORLANDO LUTHERAN TOWERS, INC. OPERATES AS A CONTINUING CARE RETIRMENT COMMUNITY LOCATED IN ORLANDO, FL. OLT PROVIDES HOUSING, HEALTHCARE, AND RELATED SERVICES TO SENIOR ADULTS. OLT IS LICENSED TO OPERATE 249 INDEPENDENT APARTMENTS, SERVICE 109 ASSISTED LIVING RESIDENTS, AND OPERATE A 168 BED SKILLED NURSING FACILITY. RESIDENTS ENTER INTO AN OCCUPANCY AGREEMENT, WHICH REQUIRES A ONE-TIME ENTRANCE FEE AND A MONTHLY SERVICE FEE. THESE PAYMENTS ENTITLE RESIDENTS TO THE USE AND PRIVELEDGES OF THE COMMUNITY FOR LIFE, INCLUDING CERTAIN NURSING SERVICES IN THE SKILLED NURSING FACILITY, AS WELL AS MEALS, SECURITY, OCCUPANCY EXPENSES, HOUSEKEEPING AND MAINTENANCE.
