ADOPTIONS-OUR ADOPTIONS PROGRAM HELPS GET HOMELESS PETS INTO LOVING HOMES. INTAKE-OUR INTAKE PROGRAM CONSISTS OF PETS FROM FAMILIES THAT CAN NO LONGER CARE FOR THEM AND TRANSFERS FROM OUR LOCAL MUNICIPAL PARTNERS HELPING TO ALLEVIATE THE BURDEN OF OVERPOPULATION WITHIN THE MUNICIPAL SHELTER SYSTEM, THEREBY LOWERING THE PERCENTAGE OF EUTHANASIA WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY. MEDICAL- OUR MEDICAL PROGRAM PROVIDES THE PHYSICAL HEALTH NEEDS ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS FOR EVERY PET IN OUR CARE. ENRICHMENT-WE ENSURE THAT THE BEHAVIORAL NEEDS OF THE PETS IN OUR CARE ARE MET WITH MULTIPLE FORMS OF DAILY ENRICHMENT WHICH HELPS TO LESSEN THE IMPACTS OF THE SHELTER ENVIRONMENT ON THEIR WELLBEING. SENIOR PET CONNECTION-KEEPING SENIORS IN OUR COMMUNITY TOGETHER WITH THEIR PETS. WE HELP FEED AND PROVIDE LITTER TO MORE THAN 200 HOMEBOUND AND INCOME RESTRICTED SENIORS IN OUR COMMUNITY. PET FOOD PANTRY-WE PROVIDE PET FOOD ASSISTANCE TO THOSE INCOME RESTRICTED INDIVIDUALS WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY HELPING TO KEEP PEOPLE AND PETS TOGETHER. VOLUNTEER-OUR VOLUNTEER PROGRAM PROVIDES COUNTLESS HOURS OF SUPPORT TO THE ORGANIZATION AND TO THE PETS IN OUR CARE, OUR VOLUNTEERS ALSO HELP OPERATE PROGRAMS SUCH AS THE PET FOOD PANTRY AND SENIOR PET CONNECTION.
