OUR PEER PLACE WELL BEING CENTER IS A SPACE WHERE MEMBERS SOCIALIZE WITH OTHERS AND PARTICIPATE IN GROUP AND ONE-ON-ONE SUPPORT WITH TRAINED PEER SUPPORT MENTORS. OUR CLUBHOUSES ARE LOCAL COMMUNITY CENTERS THAT PROVIDE MEMBERS WITH OPPORTUNITIES TO BUILD LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS THAT CAN HELP THEM SECURE EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION AND HOUSING.
PHOENIX CLUB PROVIDES MENTAL HEALTH OUTREACH TO MEN AND WOMEN LIVING ON THE STREETS OF WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA.
MENTAL HEALTH GPS PROVIDES TELEPHONE-BASED SUPPORT FOR CALLERS SEEKING COMMUNITY-BASED MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES AND RESOURCES.

MENTAL HEALTH GPS PROVIDES TRAINED, CLINICAL STAFF AND CERTIFIED PEER RECOVERY SPECIALISTS TO TAKE CALLS FROM A VARIETY OF CALLERS, INCLUDING THOSE SEEKING RESOURCES FOR MENTAL ILLNESS OR SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS FOR THEMSELVES OR LOVED ONES; PROFESSIONALS SEEKING RESOURCES FOR THEIR CLIENTS OR PATIENTS; AND ANYONE LOOKING FOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH INFORMATION IN PALM BEACH COUNTY.
