SPECIAL EVENTS - THE GOAL OF SPECIAL EVENTS IS TO DEVELOP EVENTS THAT WILL BE BENEFICIAL TO THE MEMBERSHIP AND THE RESIDENTS OF SOUTHEAST VOLUSIA COUNTY WHILE PROVIDING A REVENUE STREAM TO FUND SUCH EVENTS. SPECIAL EVENTS CREATE AWARENESS OF LOCAL ISSUES AND PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR LOCAL BUSINESSES TO INTERACT WITH RESIDENTS.
OTHER EXEMPT PURPOSE ACHIEVEMENTS...THE CHAMBERS SPONSORS A LEADERSHIP RETREAT WHICH EDUCATES THE MEMBERS ON LEADERSHIP TECHNIQUES THROUGH PRESENTATIONS AND WORKSHOPS.
