EXHIBITION - THE MUSEUM ARRANGES EXHIBITS OF THE WORKS OF VARIOUS ARTISTS FOR VIEWING BY THE COMMUNITY. THE MUSEUM HAS A PERMANENT COLLECTION BUT ALSO DISPLAYS ART ON LOAN FROM OTHER MUSEUMS AND COLLECTORS. THERE WERE 2,232 VISITORS IN 2021. THE CORNER SIGNAGE AND THE CENTER FOR CREATIVE LEARNING MURAL WERE EXPOSED TO APPROXIMATELY 65,000 VEHICLES ACCORDING TO GEORGIA TRAFFIC STATISTICS.
EDUCATION OUTREACH - THE MUSEUM SPONSORS ADULT AND CHILDREN ART CLASSES AND SUMMER CAMPS IN AN EFFORT TO EXPOSE THE COMMUNITY TO ART. THE ORGANIZATION HIRES INSTRUCTORS TO LEAD PARTICIPANTS THROUGH THE TECHNIQUES OF CREATING VARIOUS FORMS OF ART INCLUDING PAINTING, DRAWING, SCULPTURE, PHOTOGRAPHY, AND MIXED MEDIA.
