OCONEE VALLEY HEALTHCARE HAS DOCTORS AND NURSE PRACTITIONERS ON STAFF AT ALL LOCATIONS FOR PRIMARY CARE. OUR MEDICAL CARE INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: FAMILY PRACTICE, PEDIATRICS AND NEWBORN WELL BABY CARE, INTERNAL MEDICINE, WOMENS HEALTH CARE, OUTPATIENT SURGERY, URGENT CARE (WALK-IN VISITS OR SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS), ON-SITE LAB SERVICES, AND OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE (PRE-EMPLOYMENT PHYSICALS).
OCONEE VALLEY HEALTHCARE OFFERS COMPREHENSIVE DENTAL SERVICES FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY.
OCONEE VALLEY HEALTHCARE HAS AN IN-HOUSE PHARMACY FOR OUR PATIENTS. WE ARE A 340B PHARMACY, WHICH MEANS THAT WE ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE MORE COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES, AND DRUG MANUFACTURERS AGREE TO PROVIDE DRUGS AT SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED PRICES. OUR PHARMACY OFFERS MANY FREE MEDICATIONS (INCLUDING ANTIBIOTICS), HAS A 5 PRESCRIPTION PROGRAM, AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE HAVE INDIVIDUALIZED MEDICATION THERAPY MANAGEMENT, AND WE SPECIALIZE IN DIABETES TREATMENT AND SUPPLIES.
OCONEE VALLEY PRESCHOOL SERVED FAMILIES BY PROVIDING CARE AND EDUCATION FOR YOUNG CHILDREN, STARTING AT 2 WEEKS OLD. OCONEE VALLEY HAD CLASSES FOR INFANTS, MOBILES, AND TODDLERS, AS WELL AS TWO HEAD START CLASSROOMS AND A GEORGIA PRE-K CLASS. THE PRE-K WAS A GEORGIA LOTTERY-FUNDED PRESCHOOL, OFFERING BREAKFAST, SNACKS AND LUNCH, WHILE FOLLOWING THE COUNTY SCHOOL CALENDAR. THE PRESCHOOL WAS CLOSED DURING THE YEAREND FEBRUARY 29, 2020.
