BACKPACK BUDDIES - PROVIDES WEEKEND MEALS FOR FOOD INSECURE STUDENTS THROUGHOUT CARTERSVILLE AND BARTOW COUNTY. CURRENTLY, 1,250 STUDENTS ARE RECEIVING BACKPACKS WITH FOOD TO CARRY THEM THROUGH THE WEEKEND.
GATEKEY SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM - PROVIDES SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS TO ELIGIBLE, LOW-INCOME STUDENTS GIVING THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK TOWARD AN ATTAINABLE GOAL OF A COLLEGE EDUCATION. GATEKEY PROVIDES FUNDS FOR DIRECTLY BILLED COLLEGE COSTS NOT COVERED BY PELL OR ZELL/HOPE FUNDS. TO DATE, MORE THAN 180 STUDENTS HAVE BEEN IMPACTED BY GATEKEY.
