TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH, EDUCATION, AND THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE PEOPLE FOR THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF THE CONGO. THE FOUNDATION IS SUPPORTED THROUGH DONOR CONTRIBUTIONS AND GRANTS.

SAMUEL MUTOMBO INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP - OPENED ON OCTOBER 5, 2021 AND IS INITIALLY SERVING 420 STUDENTS FROM PRE-K TO GRADE 6 IN THE CITY OF MBUJI-MAYI (KANSAI PROVINCE) AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES, PROVIDING ITS STUDENTS WITH ACCESS TO A SUPERIOR EDUCATION AND EMPOWERING THEM TO REACH THEIR BEST POTENTIAL IN LIFE. THE MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL ARE STILL IN THE PROCESS OF CONTSTRUCTION. ONCE COMPLETE, THE TOTAL ENROLLMENT WILL BE 840 STUDENTS.
BIAMBA MARIE MUTOMBO HOSPITAL (DRC HOSPITAL) - THE FOUNDATION BUILT THIS HOSPITAL IN THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF THE CONGO'S CAPITAL CITY, KINSHASA, WHICH OPENED IN DECEMBER 2007. WHILE THE HOSPITAL NOW MAINTAINS ITS OWN DAY TO DAY OPERATING EXPENSES, THE FOUNDATION CONTINUES ITS SUPPORT IN THE FORM OF GRANTS TO COVER THE PURCHASE OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES, AND THE MORE COSTLY MEDICATIONS, SUCH AS THOSE NEEDE FOR CHEMOTHERAPY. THE FOUNDATION ALSO MAKES SIGNIFICANT DONATIONS TO ITS SISTER COMPANY IN THE CONGO, WHICH SUPPORTS HOSPITAL ACTIVITIES AND PROVIDES TRANSPORTATION FOR HOSPITAL VOLUNTEERS AND OTHER MEDICAL/BUSINESS-RELATED GUESTS DURING THEIR STAY IN THE CONGO.
SPONSORSHIPS - THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES SPONSORSHIPS TO INDIVIDUALS FROM THE CONGO WHO NEEDS ARE BETTER SERVED IN THE UNITED STATES. EXPENES INCLUDE THOSE RELATED TO THE OVERALL WELFARE OF THESE INDIVIDUALS, INCLUDING HEALTH, EDUCATION, AND OTHER BASIC NEEDS DURING THEIR STAY IN THE UNITED STATES.
