THE PEER SUPPORT, WELLNESS AND RESPITE CENTERS PROVIDE ALTERNATIVES TO TRADITIONAL MENTAL HEALTH DAY PROGRAMS AND PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITALIZATION. THE CENTERS PROVIDE DAILY WELLNESS ACTIVITIES, RESPITE ROOM AND A 24/7 WARM LINE.
THE PEER MENTORING PROJECT PROVIDES MENTORING, PEER SUPPORT, AND LINKS TO COMMUNITY RESOURCES TO PROMOTE THE SUCCESSFUL TRANSITION OF ADULTS WITH BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CONCERNS RETURNING TO COMMUNITIES OF THEIR CHOICE FOLLOWING PSYCHIATRIC IN-PATIENT HOSPITALIZATION.
THE FORENSIC PEER MENTORING PROJECT PROVIDES SUPPORT, LINKAGE AND CARE COORDINATION TO PROMOTE THE SUCCESSFUL COMMUNITY REINTEGRATION OF ADULTS WITH BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CONCERNS RETURNING TO THE COMMUNITY FOLLOWING INCARCERATION.
