AT OUR SEVEN (7) SENIOR CENTERS, OLDER ADULTS ENJOY A NUTRITOUS MEAL AND PARTICIPATE IN A WIDE VARIETY OF PROGRAMS, CLASSES, ACTIVITIES AND OUTINGS THAT KEEP THEM SOCIALLY INVOLVED AND MENTALLY ALERT. WE PROVIDE EXERCISE CLASSES, ARTS & CRAFTS, HEALTH EDUCATION CLASSES AND MANY OTHER ACTIVITIES THAT HELP PREVENT SOCIAL ISOLATION AND LONELINESS, AND HELP PROMOTE HEALTHY AGING. PROVIDING IN-HOME SERVICES IS CRITICAL FOR OLDER ADULTS TO MAINTAIN INDEPENDENCE LIVING IN THE COMMUNITY.
