THE CLUB SHALL MEET MONTHLY AT A TIME AND PLACE DETERMINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND SUCH MEETING SHALL CONSTITUTE THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CLUB. THE REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE CLUB SHALL BE DEVOTED TO THE PROMOTION OF CLOSER FELLOWSHIP AND GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP. THE CLUB SHALL PUBLISH A MONTHLY NEWS BULLETIN AND A COPY SHALL BE SENT TO EACH MEMBER. INCLUDED IN THIS BULLETIN SHALL BE MEETING ANNOUNCEMENTS, NAMES OF APPLICANTS FOR MEMBERSHIP AND INTRODUCTION OF NEW MEMBERS. THE CLUB SHALL PROMOTE ALL OUTDOOR SPORTS AND ENCOURAGE ACTIVE PARTICIPATION BY ALL MEMBERS.
