EFFECTIVE JULY 26, 2021, THE BOARD OF AMERICAN TIRE DISTRIBUTORS, INC. APPROVED THE TERMINATION OF THE MEDICAL VEBA TRUST. NO FURTHER CONTRIBUTIONS HAVE BEEN MADE AND THE REMAINING ASSETS WERE USED TO PAY MEMBER CLAIMS PRIOR TO JULY 26, 2021.
