ACADEMY - OUR PREVOCATIONAL PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO SUPPORT PARTICIPANTS IN STARTING A CAREER. INSTRUCTORS WORK WITH INDIVIDUALS TO FIND THE RIGHT OCCUPATION THAT ALLIGNS WITH THEIR INTERESTS, ABILITIES, AND GOALS.
SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT - OUR SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM HELPS PARTICIPANTS BEGIN THEIR NEW CAREERS WITH INTERVIEW COACHING, JOB TRAINING, AND JOB PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE. OUR JOB COACHES WORK WITH EACH INDIVIDUAL TO IDENTIFY PREFERENCES FOR EMPLOYMENT THEN ACT AS LIAISONS FOR THE DURATION OF THE JOB TO SUSTAIN SUCCESS.
ENRICHMENT CENTER - OUR COMMUNITY ACCESS PROGRAM PROVIDES DAILY OPPORTUNITIES TO EXPLORE THE COMMUNITY, CULTIVATE NEW FRIENDSHIPS, AND IMPROVE SELF-HELP & ADAPTIVE SKILLS.
CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES (EMPLOYMENT SERVICES COORDINATION) - CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES PROVIDES PRO-ACTIVE SYSTEM OF SUPPORT TO INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH ADVOCACY, COORDINATION, AND LINKAGE WITH COMMUNITY RESOURCES AND SUPPORT SERVICES.
